Can I rent first and decide to buy later?

Yes. We offer a rent-to-own option where a portion of your rental fees can be credited toward the purchase price. Please contact us for details.

Can I return the printer after purchase?

We only accept returns for unopened products (printer, ink cartridge, nail gel) within 15 calendar days of delivery. Once the product is opened or used, it is non-refundable, but your purchase includes a 1-year warranty for any quality-related issues.

What fees are required to rent the printer?

Before shipment, you will need to pay:

1. A refundable security deposit

2. The first month’s rental fee.

The deposit will be refunded within 5–7 business days after the printer is returned and passes inspection

Are the ink cartridge and nail gel included in the price or rental?

Yes, each machine comes with a complete starter kit that includes:

1 Ink Cartridge

1 Print Gel

5 Bottles of Nail Glue

1 Print Test Base

2 Nail Fix Bases

1 Sheet of Test Paper

These are included with both rental and purchase orders.

How many nails can one ink cartridge print?

Each ink cartridge can print approximately 800–1000 nails, depending on the design complexity and color usage.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on destination.

What if the machine stops working?

All purchased printers include a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering any defects caused by manufacturing issues.

Before every rental shipment, each nail printer undergoes a comprehensive inspection and functional test by our technical team. Only units that pass all quality and performance standards are shipped out. We are committed to ensuring that every machine arrives in fully working condition, ready to use with confidence from day one.

We are proud to maintain a repair rate of only 0.6%, reflecting the high quality, reliability, and long-term performance of our machines.

Can I customize the branding of the machine?

Yes, branding customization is available for bulk orders. A minimum order of 5 units is required to qualify for customization (e.g., logo printing, interface styling, preset designs).

The lead time for customized machines is approximately 4 weeks after design confirmation.
